I love building tools that are user-friendly, simple and delightful.

I was a student at Lambda School where I spent 8 months learning the fundamentals of front-end and back-end web development.

I currently work at Lambda where my role is split between helping scale processes through automations and overseeing student teams.

Through these experiences, I had the opportunity to work with both small and large, specialised and cross-functional teams across different time zones and developed a working style that leans towards flexibility,clarity, and collaboration.

I've recently fully returned to the world of web development after a brief hiatus working at Lambda School. (I'm sorry I left, please take me back). As I've got stuck back in, I wanted to share and celebrate the tools that I've had a wonderful experience using.

A personal budgeting app that makes it easier to manage my finances in one place by pulling data from my UK bank accounts using TrueLayer.

Some feedback from the people I've had the privilege of working with.

I had the privilege of working closely with Delba while rolling out a very complex program over the course of eight months. Delba was instrumental to the program's successful roll out and continued operations. She was always eager to help wherever she could and provided excellent documentation to the rest of the team, ensuring everyone knew exactly what to do. At our weekly planning meetings she would often raise points that the rest of the team had not considered while also providing solutions to the questions of other team members. I have enjoyed working with her immensely, and would jump at the opportunity to do so again in the future.

She was a very dependable person, helping the team fix crucial bugs, pair programming and making the whole team feel great around her. She really showed devotion to the team and the project, and the outcome was an amazing application.
